We had a meeting about on-coming music concert on Feb 19, 2005 for fund raising to our church's MTV project. The meeting started with Saya Latt prayer. I read the last meeting minutes and also recorded the meeting discussion. The concert will be at our church.

The 1st part of the meeting was about food sale. Ma Shirley presented information about who is going to sell what items. Please see the list below.

The 2nd part of the meeting was about who is gonna perform at the concert. We have chosen Lahpri and Ma Cynthia as the master of ceremony. I was assigned to the program supporting, collecting songs list and printing food sale items' banner. Also I and Ma Cynthia are gonna be doing the stage background banner design and will be directed by Saya Latt. Some of YAF will help selling flowers to cheer the performers.

Sound system will be managed by Ko Peter and Ko Ryan. Musical arrangement will be lead by Ko Naw Bawk and Tan naung.

Saya Latt suggested to record the concert by more than one video cameras at different angles.
We decided to discuss about the project's video development at next meeting. The meeting was proposed by Hkawnbu and was agreed by all participants. and ended by Saya Latt closing prayer.

FBBC Artists Gathering

Purpose of calling this gathering
1. Exploring a new ministry of our church (Media Production)
2. Finding effective ways to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.
3. Creating opportunities for talented members to serve God through church ministries.
4. Mobilization of gifted lay people and clergies for revival of the church and outreach evangelism.
5. Building bridges between diverse working committees and fellowships to work hand in hand.
6. Finding ways to train young people on effective media ministries.
7. To leave a remarkable record for 30^th Anniversary of FBBC.

Plans
1. To produce Music Video with our own music, songs, casts, performers, and equipments so that it will be the original product of our church.
2. To find ways to distribute in DVD, VCD, Karaoke, etc.
3. To produce documentary, preaching series, praise & worship video, and various religious movies (for long term project).

Projects (to discuss today)
1. Discussion to produce Music Videos) in 2005.
2. If “no” we will stop here. If “yes” we will continue discussion.
- Composers of Gospel songs (Burmese & English)
- Form a music band.
- Recording studio (we do not have)
- Video crew (Cameramen, lighting, still, record writer).
- Casts (singers, performers, acting, designers, make-up, etc.)
- Directors, script writers, producers)
- Audio crew (recording, sound mixing, dubbing)
- Editing (sound, images)
- Production (burn, copy, labels, jewel cases, song books.. etc.)
- Finance and other suggestions.

Preparation (tentative timeline)
1. Songs, music arrangements, singers, rehearsal…
2. Song recording.
3. Script writing, based on songs.
4. Filming
- Church activities and sceneries, various performers.
- Shooting with actors and actresses
- Live shows
- Finding outside help (if needed)
5. Editing and polishing products
6. Preparation for distribution.
7. Set dates for regular meeting (for discussion, updates, prayer, training, and evaluation)

1. The meeting started with Saya Latt Yishey’s prayer.
2. Everyone agreed Susan Lee to be recording secretary for the meeting.
3. Everyone accepted the meeting agenda that Saya Latt has prepared.
4. Last Meeting Minutes: Saya Latt read the previous meeting minutes and everyone agreed to accept.
5. Old Business: Everyone agreed to add the following categories and persons in the committee:
- Director of Photography: Richard Khoo
- Documentation: Zaw Win Htut, Aw Aw, Susan Lee
- Directors: Saya Lone-Wah, Mya Yee Win, Gun Naung Sumlut.
6. Pre-Production
- Test Production: Ko Dicky Choo suggested to shoot two songs as the test of our production so that we will know what, why, and how to do the entire project. Everyone agreed. (Lawrence proposed, Gun Naung, seconded).
- Two Songs for test shooting: Everyone agreed to accept the following songs for test shooting.
(a) “cGef;qifhaw;uAsm” Composed by Saya Latt Yishey
(b) “wavSxJoGm;pkd@” Composed by Saya Lone-Wah
- Singers selection: Elected Saya Latt Yishey, Saya Lone-Wah, and Su Hock Wu.
- Musical Arrangement: Elected Ko Naw Bawk Lazum
- Script and Screenplay writing: Elected Saya Latt and Saya Lone-Wah to write script for their songs and Mya Yee Win to write screenplay.
- Casts selection: Producer to choose casts, performers by consulting related crews.
- Location selection: Everyone agreed Script writers, screenplay writer, directors, and cameramen to select shooting locations.
- Costume & Make-up: Elected Shirley Lau to be Make-up director and Delilah to be Costume director.
- Coordinator: Elected Ko Lawrence Chow to be the Coordinator of the project. He is responsible for transportation, food, drinks, and general administrative works.
7. Production:
- Audio production (Procedures of song recording)
- Video Shooting (Procedures of Video shooting)
8. Post-production:
- Digitization & Editing (Dr. Soe Ngwe, Ko Richard, Ma Chaw)

9. Fundraising and Musical Concert:
Saya Latt Yishey presented an idea to have a “Fundraising & Musical Concert” in the beginning of the year. Everyone agreed to do this event on February 19, 2005 (Saturday) at our church. We will announce next Sunday and also distribute flyers. Saya Latt will design the flyers.
10. Next Meeting: Next meeting will be at the end of April 2005.
